  • Pectin is a natural vegetable gelling par excellence. It is obtained from the skins of citrus fruit or apple. Fine powder, cream white to light brown colour, neutral taste and smell.

    Storage conditions:

    Shelf life, at least 2 years after production when stored in cool, dry  and without smell conditions.
