Availability of service and products
The items sold on our website are solely available for shipping in Peninsular Spain [A1] and the Balearic Islands.
If there are difficulties supplying products or if no items remain in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on replacement products which you can order and which are of the same or higher quality and value.
We will enter into no contract with you in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us.
To place an order, you should follow the online shopping procedure and click on “Authorise payment”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (called “Order Confirmation”). All orders are subjected to our acceptance, which you will be informed of via an email in which we confirm that the product is being shipped (called “Shipping Confirmation”). The commitment between you and us to ship a product (called the “Contract”) is formalised only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
Information and shipping conditions
As long as there are no availability problems, about which you will be previously notified, the confirmed order will be shipped in at most 3 days after the date of the Shipping Confirmation.
If we cannot meet this shipping date for any reason, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with full reimbursement of the amount paid. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery times and shipping costs
We offer the following shipping methods for Spain:
Standard (3-5 working days)
You will receive your order within 3-5 full working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.
The cost of standard shipping is 10 EUR
Urgent (2 working days)
You will receive your order within 2 full working days. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Exchanges, returns and defective products
If there is any incident in the receipt of your order, please contact our Customer Care Service by phoning 932260802 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Timetable Monday to Thursday 9 am to 2 pm and 3 to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Returns can only be requested under the following conditions:
- If we are informed of the problems of the defective product within 3 days of delivery of the product
- If the product does not match the information on the label
- If the container is broken, and this was annotated on the delivery note or was reported on the day the merchandise was received.
If you want an exchange or return after receiving your order, please contact our Barcelona centre by phoning 932260802 Monday to Thursday 9 am to 2 pm and 3 to 5:30 pm, and Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
Or you can send an email to email@example.com, indicating the purchase receipt number, the product and the reason for the return/exchange.
An agent will get in touch with you, and once you have the authorisation number the returns can be sent to our Barcelona centre under the responsibility and at the expense of the purchase, with the purchase receipt attached, at the following address:

As proof of the return, we recommend that you always save the receipt from the courier as proof that you have shipped the package.
Methods of payment
Once you are done shopping, all items that you wish to buy should have been added to your shopping cart, and the next step is to complete the order and pay for it.
Fill out or check the contact information, the order information, the shipping address and the billing address.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. In order to minimise the risk, payment is made directly via bank servers and we store no information on your credit card number.
Prices and taxes
The price of each product will be the price stipulated on our website at all times, except in the case of a manifest error.
The prices on this website include VAT, but they do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount as outlined in our Guide to Shipping Costs.
The prices may be subjected to changes without prior notice, but these changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted. We make every effort to avoid information errors, but bear in mind that there may occasionally be errors in prices, spelling and other kinds.
The use of this website and the product purchase contracts via this website shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute which arises or is related to the use of the website or these contracts shall be subjected to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Spain.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, your consumer rights as acknowledged in the laws currently in force are not affected.
